Born in Singapore, Keat has spent most of his working life outside his comfort zone.
To prove to himself he can thrive on difficult briefs, he moved to Hong Kong and then to Beijing, two of the cruelest places to be an adman.
He joined IRIS Worldwide Indonesia when no one had heard of them. In their second year of existence, they became Agency of the Year and Digital Agency of the Year.
He now works for Dentsu in Indonesia.
He is the only creative director in Indonesia (and probably one of the rare ones in Asia) to have won innovation awards at the major award shows that matter. He has been a speaker on innovation at Cannes for two years in a row, and just recently at Spikes 2017 in Singapore.
Keat’s ambition is to coach a Third Division football team and help them beat Manchester United at Old Trafford.
