Alan Yong
Chief Executive
Alan is the Chief Executive of Nullspace; he specialises in tailoring technology programmes for schools and organisations. He believes that programming skills will play an even more important role in the coming decades, and more can be done to raise up the next generation of engineers and problem solvers in Singapore. Alan previously worked as a derivatives trader and investment analyst for 3 years while managing Nullspace before deciding to leave the finance industry. He graduated with High Distinction from SMU in Quantitative Finance in 2013, and was admitted to the MIT Master of Finance program which he subsequently forfeited. Alan is a lifelong maker, having been in the robotics club of his primary school to junior college.
